Concepts
ICT / SMC building blocks — PO3, CRT, AMD, liquidity raids, killzones — in plain language. Universal across contracts: the same signal logic applies to NQ, ES, CL, GC, and the rest.
The HUD — our custom heads-up display
When we say 'the HUD,' we mean our custom NinjaTrader 8 indicator that draws every active model's target, probability, and TTL directly on the chart.
PO3 — Power of Three
Accumulation → Manipulation → Distribution. The three-phase day structure that frames most of the ICT models.
Killzones
The time windows where institutional activity concentrates. On the ET clock: Asia, London, Pre-NY, NY open, Silver Bullet, and PM.
Liquidity raid
Price reaches past a visible high or low to trigger resting stop orders, then reverses. The core ICT microstructure primitive. Every sweep-based model on this site is a liquidity-raid trade at some level.
Candle Range Theory (CRT)
A single candle sweeps the prior candle's extreme, then closes back inside. Read: the sweep was a liquidity raid. Next move targets the opposite extreme.
Session VWAP
Volume-weighted average price from RTH open. Where price sits relative to it at 10:30 and 12:00 ET is the strongest pre-Silver-Bullet directional filter we've measured.
